INVISACOOK: The Invisible Cooktop Transforming Modern Filipino Kitchens

Invisacook PH

The introduction of InvisaCook marks a new era in kitchen design. This concealed induction cooktop is installed beneath the countertop, eliminating the need for a visible stove and allowing for a clean, uninterrupted surface—something designers and homeowners have long wanted.

Exclusively distributed in the Philippines by Haig & Lee, InvisaCook is showcased through a custom-designed countertop by Spanish designer Luis Castillo of Linea Casa, demonstrating how technology and design can seamlessly work together.

Designers have always had to work around the visual distraction of a traditional cooktop,” shares Alvin Lim, General Manager of Haig & Lee. “When we discovered InvisaCook, we immediately saw its potential—especially in a market like the Philippines, where homeowners value sleek, modern, and visually cohesive spaces.”

Hidden Technology, Full Performance

InvisaCook operates using the same induction technology found in modern stovetops, where heat is generated directly within compatible cookware through an electromagnetic field. The key difference lies in its placement: the system is installed beneath the countertop, keeping the surface completely clear.

The technology is powerful enough to transmit heat through materials like sintered stone, which is both durable and non-magnetic—making it ideal for this application.

Despite being hidden, InvisaCook delivers full functionality. It offers precise temperature control, multiple cooking zones (from one to five), and can be operated wirelessly through a dedicated mobile app. Users can enjoy high-performance cooking without compromising on aesthetics.

Unlocking New Design Possibilities

For designer Luis Castillo, InvisaCook is more than a kitchen appliance—it’s a creative tool.

With the cooktop out of sight, the countertop becomes a true design element rather than just a functional surface,” he explains. “It allows us to create cleaner, more refined spaces where form and function are fully integrated.”

Installation is also straightforward. Once the countertop and electrical setup are ready, the unit can be installed within one to two hours, with careful coordination to ensure safety and precision.

This innovation is particularly valuable in compact, open-plan homes such as condominiums, where maximizing space while maintaining a premium look is essential.

Designed for Safety, Efficiency, and Everyday Use

Beyond aesthetics, InvisaCook is built with advanced safety features. It only activates when compatible cookware is detected and automatically shuts off if foreign objects are placed on the surface. A temperature monitoring system also helps prevent overheating.

It is also an energy-efficient solution, with up to 90% thermal efficiency. Compared to traditional gas cooking, it can boil water faster, reduce indoor emissions, and minimize heat buildup—making kitchens more comfortable and environmentally friendly.

Cleaning is simplified as well, since users only need to wipe the countertop surface.

Flexible Options for Every Kitchen

InvisaCook is available in five configurations, ranging from single-zone setups for minimalist homes to multi-zone layouts suited for larger households or professional use. All models offer a temperature range comparable to gas cooking, ensuring familiarity and control for users.

To support long-term use, each unit comes with a three-year warranty.

A New Standard for Modern Living

InvisaCook represents a shift toward kitchens that are not only functional but also visually refined. By removing the traditional stovetop, it allows kitchens to blend seamlessly into living and dining spaces—enhancing both usability and overall experience.

As Filipino homeowners continue to embrace modern, design-driven living, InvisaCook sets a new benchmark for what a kitchen can be: efficient, elegant, and effortlessly integrated.
