About Me

Maria Rona Beltran once dreamt that traveling the world is the alpha and omega of her happiness. However, she realized that the best thing in life is to be able to live for as long as she can - healthy and happy. Now, she prefers to feature topics that promote wellness, alternative healing, and restaurants that serve plant-based diet. She swapped her stressful random backpacking trips to farms, gardens and markets buying fruits and vegetables instead. She hopes to grow her own pots of herbs at the 5th floor of her apartment and join many vegan cooking classes. She's been to 9 countries and praying her visa for the 10th country she will have interview soon will be granted. This is her dream destination when she was but a 10-year old kid.
