Bicol Loco Festival 2024: First Hot Air Ballon Festival in Bicol

The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Albay is the first of its kind! Imagine hot air balloons flying in the air with a background of the beautiful Mayon volcano.  It will happen from May 3-5, 2024 in Old Airport Albay. ENTRANCE IS FREE.

How to get FREE tickets to Hot Air Balloon Festival Bicol

Complimentary tickets will be distributed. This will serve as the same tickets for the hot air balloon exhibition and music festival. Day 1 and Day 2 events have DIFFERENT tickets and will be distributed separately. This aims to manage the big crowd coming to see this event.

No ticket, no entry - this will be strictly implemented. Tickets should have control number and with stamp. Otherwise, it will be deemed fake and no entry will be granted. There is a set of VIP tickets too that is FREE but not sure how to get these instead aside from the general admission tickets.
